​Vernalisa comes with over 28 years of administrative experience in organizing and facilitating. She started with the Heather Hurley Foundation during its infancy and supports the fundraising efforts of the Foundation through grant writing. Although, no longer a NYC resident, Vernalisa continues to be an active member of the Board volunteering time where needed.
